Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New South Wales.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $200 qualify for free express shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product before completing your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us at pureformpeptides.store@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
